On December 13, 2022, Licensor observed the emergency exit gate was no longer self-closing. Provider sent licensor a video on December 15, 2022, showing a self-closing mechanism was added to the gate. As of December 15, 2022, the gate meets licensing requirements with a self-closing and self-latching mechanism.
